Article: Concessionary TV Licence Scheme
What is a Concessionary TV Licence?
The TV Licencing Authority has agreed a group TV licence for some of our elderly and disabled tenants who live in certain Sheltered Housing Schemes.
If you qualify you will pay a £7.50 fee each year for a TV licence.
If you are over 75 years old or registered blind you will automatically qualify for a free TV licence.
Will I qualify?
If you are a new tenant in one of our Sheltered Housing Schemes we will advise you if the scheme qualifies for a concessionary licence.
We will tell you when the payment is due and collect the licence fee from you.
