Eager to listen and act!
Hello my name is Joan Whittaker and I am the Customer Champion for Berneslai Homes. It is my job to make sure that your views and ideas are taken into account by the Board and staff when making decisions about day to day service delivery and future changes to the service.
As well as being a tenant member on the Board, I am also your voice and will challenge policies, procedures and staff. In any initiative or decision it is vital that we focus on what you want and act on your suggestions.
To make sure that we continue to provide an excellent customer service to you I need you to tell me both your positive and negative feedback on what is happening to your home and on your estates. I will not be able to get involved with individual responses and complaints but I will promise that whatever your suggestion I will make sure that the relevant team or officer involved does respond quickly to you.
