Welcome to our repairs and maintenance section which gives you useful information and advice.
You can report a repair:
- Online via our online reporting system (but only for non-emergency repairs);
- Phoning our Repairs Hotline on (01226) 787878 (24 hours a day/ 7 days a week); or
- In writing or in person to your local Barnsley Connects Office.
Please remember all our staff carry ID cards. For your own safety we ask that you ask to see their ID before allowing them into your home.
