Berneslai Homes customers are to see the benefits of the organisations commitment to Investors In People after they committed to the standard at a regional recognition event.
The benefits will be achieved through the increased levels and efficiency of service, motivated skilled staff and a reduction in absenteeism.
Although Berneslai Homes have only been operating since 2002, they are already in a position to go for the assessment later this year.
They will be assessed against the four principals of commitment, planning, action and evaluation with a 75% positive response required to be successful.
