Berneslai Challenge Private Landlords
Berneslai Homes have recently taken part in a DVD called Challenging Private Landlords which was shown on the Local Government Channel and at the Sustainable Communities Conference and Exhibition on the 11-13 March in Liverpool. The DVD showcases the good work that we have been doing and the importance of tenant and resident involvement to making a difference in building sustainable communities. Our Property Management Service provides a real opportunity to influence mixed tenure estates and improve the reputation of areas through working with private landlords to provide better quality rented accommodation for tenants and improve their sense of pride in their area.
