Berneslai Homes invites customers to join its panel 12th March
Berneslai Homes is to hold its next Customer Panel on the 12th March at 6pm in the Metrodome.
The theme of the Customer Panel will be ‘Customer Involvement’ and Berneslai Homes will be looking at how they keep customers informed of changes to their service and how they can influence what those changes are. Attendance at the panel will also give you the opportunity to be involved in the consultation exercise on the newly reviewed Anti Social Behaviour policy and procedure document.
Berneslai Homes launched its Customer Panel in July last year and agreed priority issues and themes for future meetings, these included repairs, the environment surrounding people’s homes, the way we communicate with our customers and more.
All tenants and residents are welcome to join the panel and it is an informal and flexible way to be involved in shaping the service. Being a member of the panel will not take up a great deal of time. Meetings will take place every few months, but it’s down to you how many you want to attend. Becoming a member of the panel will mean that in time you will gain more understanding about how Berneslai Homes works and also help up to improve the service we provide.
Berneslai Homes, Business Development Director, Dave Fullen adds, ”We would welcome anyone who would like to join our panel. We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our customers and to listen and act on what they have to say about the service we offer.”
