Berneslai Homes invites customers to join its panel 9th July
Berneslai Homes is to hold its next Customer Panel on the 9th July at 6pm in the Metrodome, Barnsley. The theme will be the environment and how BMBC and Berneslai Homes manage this. A presentation will be given by BMBC’s Regulatory Service Team followed by a discussion and question and answer session.
Berneslai Homes launched its Customer Panel in July last year and agreed priority issues and themes for future meetings, these included repairs, the environment surrounding people’s homes, the way we communicate with our customers and more.
All tenants and residents are welcome to join the panel and it is an informal and flexible way to be involved in shaping the service. Being a member of the panel will not take up a great deal of time. Meetings will take place every few months, but it’s down to you how many you want to attend. Becoming a member of the panel will mean that in time you will gain more understanding about how Berneslai Homes works and also help up to improve the service we provide.
Berneslai Homes Director of Business and Customer Service Dave Fullen adds, ”We would welcome anyone who would like to join our panel. We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our customers and to listen and act on what they have to say about the service we offer.”
