Bringing in the New Year with evening appointments
Berneslai Homes and partner Inspace are pleased to announce that we can now offer you evening repair appointments. These appointments are available to all customers across the Borough and are available from 4 till 7pm Monday to Friday (the last appointment will be 6pm).
Director of Asset Management, Regeneration and Construction Stephen Davis said, “We are always looking at ways where we can be more flexible in providing our customers a better service. This new evening slot will make life easier for customers who work and who are unable to be at home during the day.”
All trades are available during these times, however due to Health and Safety grounds a small number of repairs will not be available, for example roofing, pointing etc that require daylight to perform the repair. The repairs hotline will be able to assist customers in this and customers can contact them on the repairs hotline number 01226 787878.
