Berneslai Homes and Barnsley Connects are joining in National Customer Service Week at a stand in the Alhambra Shopping Centre in Barnsley (outside Woolworths) on Wednesday 8th and Friday 10th October between 9am and 3pm. Officers will be asking customers what they think of the services Berneslai Homes and Barnsley Connects provide and how they access those services. The names of all customers who take part in the survey will be put forward in to a prize draw to win High Street Vouchers.
National Customer Service Week takes place from the 6th – 12th October and is celebrated by organisations and companies all across the UK. The event raises awareness of the important role staff play within their organisation and provides an opportunity to raise organisation awareness, of the crucial role customer service plays in reputation and business success. Since its launch in 2001, it has doubled in popularity every year.
Berneslai Homes Customer Service Manager Sarah Barnes says: “ We are fully committed to customer service and by taking part in the National Customer Service Week we are giving our customers an opportunity to influence how their service is delivered.”
