Decent Homes Scheme Announcment
Decent Homes works are planned to start in the following areas between April 2008 and March 2009. The Decent Homes Team will be writing to all homes included in these schemes to confirm the start dates, advise customers what works will be carried out and what will happen next.
Here are the approximate start dates for each site.
- April 2008 – Royston, 56 properties
- April 2008 – Staincross, 69 properties
- April 2008 – Worsborough, 35 properties
- April 2008 – Kendray, 11 bungalows
- April 2008 – Birdwell, 152 properties
- May 2008 – Gawber, 201 properties
- May 2008 – Woodhall Flats, Darfield
- July 2008 – Cudworth, 137 properties
- August 2008 – Cubley, Thurlstone & Ingbirchworth, 132 properties
- November 2008 – Wilthorpe, 60 properties
- February 2009 – Elsecar, 13 properties
