We would like to invite you to come along to our next customer panel on the 20th May at 6pm in the Metrodome, Barnsley. The event will focus on Barnsley Councils choice Based Lettings Policy Homeseeker.
Homeseeker is just over a year old and it’s time to look at how well it’s working. We would like to hear from you as we need your help, views and experiences on the new lettings policy. We will share some information on what impact the policy has had and update you on demand for housing in the credit crunch.
All tenants and residents are welcome to join the panel and it is an informal and flexible way to be involved in shaping the service. Being a member of the panel will not take up a great deal of time. Meetings will take place every few months, but it’s down to you how many you want to attend. Becoming a member of the panel will mean that in time you will gain more understanding about how Berneslai Homes works and also help up to improve the service we provide.
Director of Business and Customer Service Dave Fullen adds, ”We would welcome anyone who would like to join our panel. We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our customers and to listen and act on what they have to say about the service we offer.”
