Berneslai Homes and Barnsley Federation of Tenants and Residents will be holding a workshop around the Tenant Services Authority National Conversation.
The Tenants Services Authority, (TSA), are the new independent regulator for social housing and have a responsibility for promoting and championing tenant’s interests. One of their first tasks is to develop a set of standards that will measure the performance of landlords and ensure they are delivering a quality service.
In order to inform and develop the standards the TSA are launching an initiative called the National Conversation. The aim of the initiative is to capture the views of tenants and prospective tenants.
Berneslai Homes have organised a series of events called Local Conversations, which will ensure its customers get their voices heard and influence how the standards are set.
Getting involved is easy; tenants can contact their local Impact Teams for a questionnaire or can attend one of the local conversations listed below.
