Berneslai Homes Invite Customers to Dig Deep Into Housing Service
Berneslai Homes are inviting its customers to come along to the next customer panel on the 14th July at 6pm at the Metrodome, Barnsley.
If you have a keen eye for detail and would like to dig deeper into your housing service then why not come along to the customer panel. Berneslai Homes are recruiting tenants and residents to their scrutiny panels to check that they are delivering the service that customers deserve. The scrutiny panel will break down the service provided by Berneslai Homes into four areas: Tenant involvement and empowerment; home (repairs and Maintenance); tenancy, neighbourhood and community; and value for money.
Director of Business and Customer Service Dave Fullen adds, ”We would welcome anyone who would like to join our panel. We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our customers and to listen and act on what they have to say about the service we offer.”
