Berneslai Homes extends its online services
Berneslai Homes have announced further improvements to our online services. Existing Barnsley council tenants can now give notice to terminate their tenancies online.
Over the last 12 months, following feedback from customers, we have successfully developed a number of new online services. These include online housing applications, to enable people to apply to join the housing register online.
Lettings Manager Bob Cartwright adds,” The new online service is designed for people who find it inconvenient to contact us during normal office hours. You can now inform us about your tenancy termination from home at a time that suits you. It is important to Berneslai Homes that customers can access services in a way that is best for them.”
Customers can now let us know that they wish to give notice to terminate their Barnsley Council tenancies online by completing the new online tenancy termination form.
