Housing Agreements
Local Housing Agreements replace the original area based Tenant Participation Compacts which were originally drawn up around the 9 Area Forum areas.
The new agreements focus on the steering group areas and aim to give clear information about the services we provide and the standard of service customers can expect from Berneslai Homes and our partners. The agreements also cover the way customers can make a difference to their community by becoming involved in helping to shape the services we offer.
