We, Berneslai Homes, are committed to providing a quality repair service to our customers. When carrying out repairs at your home we make the following promises.
- We will be polite at all times.
- We will tell you what work needs to be done at your home.
- Our workforce is properly trained.
- All our staff will carry and show their identity card.
- We will complete repairs in the time period that we tell you.
- We will keep agreed appointments.
- When we are in your home, we will work within health and safety rules.
- Our workforce will make as little mess as possible, and tidy up after themselves.
- We will find ways to help people with special needs.
