If you would like to contact us if you have an enquiry or if you would like to order a repair then you can do so in the following ways:
Phoning Us
For all general enquiries please ring
Barnsley Connects on 01226 775555 - Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm.
Barnsley Connects can answer any questions you have about:
- rent, housing benefit or insurance;
- the Decent Homes programme;
- problems on your estate such as vandalism, anti-social behaviour etc;
- your tenancy;
- ending your tenancy;
- your housing application;
- mutual exchanges;
- renting a garage;
- making a complaint, comment or compliment; and
- the intercom or warden service.
To report a repair please ring

You can report a repair 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can report repairs out of normal office hours but we will only come out to you if it is an emergency.
You can ring this number to:
- order a repair;
- cancel a repair;
- ask about a repair that you have ordered but which has not been completed;
- make or change an appointment for a repair; or
- comment on the quality of a repair that has been done.
