Article: Employee of The Month
Berneslai Homes operates an Employee of the Month Scheme to recognise and award employees who work over and above an individuals or a teams normal duties. Each month the winner is presented with a voucher and letter.
Nominations can be submitted either by members of staff or Board Members of Berneslai Homes. The winning nomination is chosen by a panel of judges made up of: Berneslai Homes Chief Executive; the Chair; and a member of Barnsley Federation of Tenants and Residents.
