Article: Estate walkabouts
Estate walkabouts involve tenants and residents joining Berneslai Homes staff on regular estate inspections. These inspections are often attended by local members, other council departments such as Neighbourhood Services and other agencies such as the local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
The walkabout looks at all aspects of the estate’s condition including gardens, highway issues, litter and dog fouling in order to monitor and improve the appearance of your estates. Any issues identified are recorded and referred to the appropriate agency for attention. If you would like to join us on our next walkabout, we would be pleased to see you.
You can find out what the outcomes are from previous Estate Walkabouts by visiting the Estate Walkabout Outcomes page.
