Welcome to our getting involved section which gives you useful information and advice on how you can get involved in shaping our service.  We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with you. We want you to get involved so we can: continually improve our service to you; make decisions based on your needs and priorities; use your local knowledge to identify needs in specific areas; and tackle estate problems more effectively.

We have agreed a local offer with our customers, that where we are reviewing a policy or part of our service, we will consult customers and take on board your views. 

We have a 'Service Improvement Plan – Customer Involvement Opportunities' which has been agreed by Barnsley Federation of Tenants and Residents.

You can also get involved by giving us your views online via 'Your Comments Count'.  You can give us your views online by completing surveys, taking part in opinion polls, giving views on new leaflets or registering petitions.
