We’re pleased to launch our Annual Report which has been developed with the Tenant Voice Panel and summarises how we’ve delivered for tenants from April 2020 to March 2021.
The report details our plans to improve our service offer including, safety and investment to homes, zero carbon, online services, and importantly how we are listening and reacting much more to the tenants’ voice.
Jane Faulkner from the Tenant Voice Panel said: “We hope you enjoy reading this report and we’ve included information which we believe most matters to tenants. We meet as a panel regularly to consider Berneslai Homes’ performance and service delivery, so we’ve a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, which have been reflected in the report.”

Despite an extremely challenging year we’ve done amazingly well to keep most of our services running during the three lockdowns and I’d like to thank our staff for their hard work.”
