Feedback and challenge from our customers is very important – it gives a balanced, honest and customer view on how you think we’re doing. The word we use to describe how tenants get involved in giving feedback and challenge us is “co-regulation”. We have many different ways for customers to give their views about our performance. Whether it’s tenant scrutiny, a simple survey, mystery shopping, or customers coming along to meetings – we really value what our customers say.
