We value customer feedback and ‘Your Comments Count’ is the way that we listen, respond and learn from your comments, compliments and complaints. Our promise is that we will do what we can to put right problems and we’ll learn from this so that we continue to deliver better services. We produce anonymous reports four times a year which outlines the sort of comments, compliments and complaints we’ve received, how we’ve dealt with things and what changes we’re making as a result.
