We’re developing a new online repair reporting and tracking system which we hope will be available from the Summer of 2022. When it’s up and running you’ll be able to request a repair, book, view or cancel an appointment online as well as leaving feedback about the repair we’ve completed.
So this can happen we need to change the current options we offer for appointments. We would really like your views on this so we can ensure we are providing you with an excellent repairs service. Here’s an overview of our current and proposed repair appointment times:
We offer a morning or afternoon appointment, or for some repairs a choice of 2-hour slots throughout the day. We also offer two appointment options on a Saturday morning between 8 and 12.30
Is for you to select one of the following appointment times:
- Morning between 8am to 12pm
- Afternoon between 12pm to 4pm
- All day – 8am to 6pm
- Between 10am and 2pm
- Evening – 4pm to 6pm
- Saturday morning – 8am to 12.30pm
- Or no appointment needed but please phone first
