We have a duty under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to make as much information as possible available to the public. We use the model publication scheme set up by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
All information published on our web site can be downloaded free of charge and we will provide a single printed copy of anything included in the scheme free of charge. We may have to consider making a reasonable charge to cover the cost of providing multiple or repeated copies in order to avoid unnecessary expense to ourselves. If we intend making a charge, we will let you know before sending the information. We try to ensure that all information is current and we review it annually but, occasionally, some information may be slightly out of date. If any customer finds something out of date, please let us know using the contact details on the right.
Berneslai Homes try to use plain language as much as possible. We welcome feedback from customers if we don’t achieve that aim.
This includes information on how we operate, how we are organised, our Board and committees.
