If you’re still not happy after you’ve asked us once then don’t be afraid to make a formal complaint. We welcome your feedback and as well as putting things right for you, we’ll change our service to prevent the same problem happening again.
So far this year 103 people have made a formal complaint, we’ve agreed with 75% of them and we’ve highlighted over 40 actions which will improve our service.
