81% of complaints this year have been solved quickly and informally.

But if you’re still not happy after you’ve asked us once then don’t be afraid to make a formal complaint. We welcome your feedback and as well as putting things right for you, we’ll change our service to prevent the same problem happening again.

So far this year 118 people have made a formal complaint, we’ve agreed with 69% of them and we’ve highlighted over 20 actions which will improve our service.
