We’d like to invite you to the Rent Increase Consultation so you can give us your thoughts on the annual rent increase.
The event will be held on Thursday 30 November 9.30 until 11am, at Gateway Plaza Board Room and you can book your place by emailing communityengagement@berneslaihomes.co.uk. (If you need help with transport or require a parking permit, please let us know when you book on). Our staff will be there to answer any of your questions and discuss what any increase/ cap may mean for you and Berneslai Homes.

Please give us your views in person or online. We’re committed to providing you with a good quality home and excellent services, which are value for money. We’re also helping tenants in other ways including tackling food and fuel poverty, creating training and employment opportunities, and finding ways of working that are more sustainable and better for the environment.
We’re awaiting the final decision from Government regarding the formula and whether, given the ongoing cost of living crisis, that a rent cap will be applied.
