We are pleased to let you know that we have now re-started our repairs and maintenance service and you can now report repairs as normal.
Firstly, as you would expect, we are prioritising our emergency and most urgent repairs and we are catching up on the backlog of non-urgent repairs – we will get through these quickly so please be patient with us.
If you reported a non urgent repairs to us over the last few weeks you will NOT need to report this again as WE will be contacting you shortly. However, if your repair has now become an URGENT repair please do get in touch.
We want to reassure you that our tenants and staff’s safety is of key importance.
Over the past few weeks we’ve been working with the unions and staff to develop safe working practices and risk assessments for the work we undertake and you can read more about this via this link. When you contact us, we will ask if you are self-isolating because of COVID 19. Please don’t take offence at this, it’s so we can assess the risk. For example, we may ask you to be in a separate room while the emergency repair is undertaken. Operatives may also be wearing protective clothing, such as disposal suits, masks or gloves.
