New Tenant Information

Welcome to your new home!  Here you can find out more information and the services we offer to help you settle into your new home.

When you are offered a new home, a Housing Management Officer (HMO) will contact you and show you around the property. Once it is ready we will ask for your comments on the standard of your new home and arrange for you to sign a tenancy agreement.  The HMO will also show you where to turn off your gas, electricity and water and where the meters are.  Once you have moved into your new home, an HMO will visit you within 28 days.  This visit is your chance to discuss any issues you may have.
