We have a duty under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to make as much information as possible available to the public. We use the model publication scheme set up by the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We publish a range of financial reports to comply with our legal requirements and to make sure we are open about what we spend our money on.

Financial Statement of Accounts

To access our Financial Statement of Accounts, please click below. The Financial Statement of Accounts shows in financial terms, the performance of the Company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom accounting standards and applicable law).

The transparency register

The transparency register details our external spending on individual payments to suppliers and organisations with a value over £500 in line with the Local Government Transparency code. Please click on each monthly report, below, for access.

The information included within each reports shows:

  • Supplier Name
  • Supplier ID
  • Expense Area
  • Expense Type
  • Expense Code

We aim to be as transparent as we can but in some cases, information regarded as commercially sensitive, or relating to individuals, has been edited or removed.

The data is provided for free reuse, including commercial reuse. The right for further use is covered by the Open Government Licence and as recommended by HM Government Data.

Senior officer salaries

Under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, we're required to publish:

  • the number of employees whose remuneration in that year was at least £50,000 in £5,000 brackets
  • details of remuneration and job title of certain senior employees whose salary is at least £50,000
  • the names of employees whose salaries are £150,000 or more

In addition to this requirement, we must place a link on our website to these published data or place the data itself on our website, together with a list of responsibilities (for example, the services and functions they are responsible for, budget held, and number of staff) and details of bonuses and ‘benefits-in-kind’, for all employees whose salary exceeds £50,000.
