Lee Winterbottom named as new Chair of EN: Procure

Lee Winterbottom, managing director of Construction Services at Berneslai Homes, has recently accepted the role of Chair at EN: Procure, part of Efficiency North which works with social housing landlords to offer social value and support social and economic regeneration.

EN:Procure was established in 2006 to serve the construction procurement needs of the social housing landlord community in Northern England. This is an additional role as Lee is already deputy chair of EN: Able Communities.

Lee joined Berneslai Homes as the managing director of construction services in October 2018, with responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the in-house workforce. Passionate about continuous improvements, efficiencies and creating homes fit for the future, Lee is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and is actively involved in many networks and working groups.

Lee said: “I’m delighted to take up the role of Chair of EN: Procure within the Efficiency North portfolio. I look forward to building on the progress made to date and continue to push forward improvements and make a positive difference within the social housing sector.
