Communal areas are internal and external spaces within a building, that you, your family or visitors are allowed to use.

These areas are maintained by us and tenants have access to them as part of their tenancy or lease agreement. This includes:

• stairwells
• corridors
• landings
• understairs entrances
• lifts
• rubbish chutes
• shared balconies
• access paths and ramps
• drying areas
• bins areas
• scooter stores
• toilets
• laundry rooms
• communal lounge / activity room
• external seating / garden area
