We’re a company limited by guarantee, overseen by a Board of Directors who attend Board and Committee meetings throughout the year.
The implementation of policies and the day to day running of the organisation is delegated to the Chief Executive and Executive Management Team. Our overall performance is reported to Barnsley Council on a quarterly basis.
