Our homes

We work hard to make sure the homes we manage are safe and well maintained.

To make this happen we aim to carry out building condition surveys no less than every five years. The data gathered helps us understand more about the properties we manage, providing up-to-date condition information.

We’ll use the information to maintain homes and buildings, and identify any repairs, maintenance, or planned investment required.
