Your Tenancy Agreement

Your Tenancy Agreement is a very important document. It sets out the terms and conditions of your tenancy and the rights and responsibilities of you and us. Your Tenancy Agreement will tell you whether you're an: 

• Introductory tenant 
• Secure tenant
• Flexible tenant

By signing a Tenancy Agreement, you agree to what is contained within it. If you’re a joint tenant, there’s an equal responsibility to keep to the terms and conditions in your agreement. For example, if you move out of the property you’ll still be responsible for rent payments if your name is still on the Tenancy Agreement.
