Your application

Once you’re on the list it’s important that you keep your application up to date with all the information that you think is relevant to your rehousing priority.

For example:

  • A birth of a child
  • A change of address
  • A change in your medical needs
  • A change in the security of your current accommodation

You can also cancel or ask us to review a decision we have made about your housing application (appeal).

We’re really sorry that some of our online forms are temporarily unavailable due to a technical problem.  Please select the form you want from the list below and you can either print out at home or contact us and we’ll post you one out. 

Update your application

To tell us about a change of circumstances you need to complete a Change of Circumstances Form.

Tell us about medical needs

To tell us about your medical needs you will need to complete a medical assessment form so we can make a decision.

Only use this form  if you have a current rehousing application.

Moving to Give Support?

If you are moving to Give Support and feel you are entitled to more priority please complete our Give Support form so that we can make a decision

Moving to receive support?

If you are moving closer to someone to receive support and feel you are entitled to more priority please complete our Receive Support form so that we can make a decision

Cancel your application

Appeal against a decision

You can ask us to review a decision we have made about your application by completing our Appeal Form.  You must do this within 6 weeks of us making a decision.

When you contact us we will need to know:

  • your name,
  • your address,
  • your housing application reference number;
  • the reason(s) why you disagree with our decision; and
  • any other information you wish to take into account when looking at you appeal.
