Once you’re on the list it’s important that you keep your application up to date with all the information that you think is relevant to your rehousing priority.

For example:

  • A birth of a child
  • A change of address
  • A change in your medical needs
  • A change in the security of your current accommodation

You can also cancel or ask us to review a decision we have made about your housing application (appeal).

You can do this quickly and easily by filling in one of our online forms using the list below.

Before you start completing the forms, please make sure that you have your housing application reference number and all the relevant information about the people being added to your application (for example date of birth or national insurance number).

Appeal against a decision

You can appeal in a number of ways:

When you appeal we need to know:

  • your name,
  • your address,
  • your housing application reference number;
  • the reason(s) why you disagree with our decision; and
  • any other information you wish to take into account when looking at you appeal.
