Our Annual Report

Each year, we produce an annual report with our tenants to summarise how we’ve delivered services during the previous financial year, as well as looking at what’s happening now, and what’s coming up in the next 12 months. 

Our 2022-23 report ‘Delivering with Tenants' includes how we’ve:

  • maintained building safety
  • kept properties in good repair
  • engaged with tenants
  • carried out neighbourhood management
  • handled complaints effectively

These themes have been taken them the forthcoming Tenant Satisfaction Measures from the Social Housing White Paper, which intends to make landlords’ performance more visible to tenants, and help tenants hold their landlords to account.
