Give us your views on our repair appointment times – We’re developing a new online repair reporting and tracking system which we hope will be available from the Summer of 2022. When it’s up and running you’ll be able to request a repair, book, view or cancel an appointment online as well as leaving feedback about the repair we’ve completed. So this can happen we need to change the current options we offer for appointments. We would really like your views on this so we can ensure we are providing you with an excellent repairs service. National Lockdown Update – We want to reassure you that our customers and staff’s safety is of key importance. We continue to follow government guidelines, have strict safe working practices, risk assessments in place to keep our customers and staff safe, whilst still being able to deliver our services. We always check if anyone has symptoms before we enter, we ask tenants to move out of the area we are working in. Our operatives will be wearing face masks and maintain social distancing and we ask you to do the same.

Please note – We are currently experiencing delays with materials. We will still attend your repair visit however there may be a delay in sourcing materials so you may not have the repair completed on the first visit.
