- Offer strategic insight and scrutiny on asset management and building safety as the ‘subject expert’.
- Promote the values of Berneslai Homes and our Strategic Plan, which places tenants at the heart of everything we do.
- Contribute to our mission of delivering housing services that makes a positive difference to people’s lives.
We welcome applications from individuals with repairs delivery experience and sector knowledge in local authority or housing organisations. You should already be operating at a strategic and senior leadership level, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance.
