Engagement Calendar

We’re committed to creating vibrant and thriving communities, and we believe that tenant involvement is key to achieving this goal. There are a range of opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to get involved and make a real difference in your neighbourhoods and our new Engagement Calendar is a great way to stay informed about upcoming events and activities.

Click here to view the Engagement Calendar in our 'Get Involved' section.

Why get involved?

Your views and feedback are invaluable to us. By getting involved, you can:

  • Influence policies and services: Help shape the policies, procedures, and services that affect your daily life.
  • Improve your community: Participate in initiatives that enhance your neighbourhood and make it a better place to live.
  • Gain new skills: Take advantage of training opportunities and develop new skills that can benefit you personally and professionally.
  • Meet new people: Connect with other residents and build a sense of community.

Ways to get involved

There are many different ways for you to get involved, both in person and online, here are just a few of them:

Tenant Voice Panel and Scrutiny Panel:

    • Join our Tenant Voice Panel or scrutiny panel to provide feedback and help to make sure we’re meeting our obligations as a landlord.

Customer Panels:

    • Participate in our customer panels to share your insights and help us improve our services.

Neighbourhood and community activities:

    • Attend estate walkabouts and Your Community, Your Say meetings to discuss and address local issues.

Board Meetings:

    • Attend our public Board meetings, held five times a year, to stay informed.

Check It Challengers:

    • Join the Check It Challenger programme from the comfort of your own home to review our leaflets, letters, policies, or website sections and provide your feedback.

Community Champions

  • Community Champions make a positive difference in their local area. As the eyes and ears on the ground, they know what matters to you and your neighbours, and play a crucial role in reporting local problems, sharing general issues on estates, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting community events and activities.

Community groups:

Coming together with like-minded people in your community can help tackle local issues, boost community spirit and help us work with you to ensure we all live in vibrant and thriving neighbourhoods. Don’t have a group in your area? No problem, we can help you set one up!
