App Ending

We’re making some improvements so it’s easier for you to report repairs to us.

Please be aware that the last day you’ll be able to report repairs using the Berneslai Homes mobile app will be Friday 18 July 2025. Reports made using the app after this date will not be processed. Please uninstall the app from your phone after this date.

Why is the app being removed?

The app is no longer being supported by the software provider, so we’re not able to keep it updated and available to tenants.

What is replacing the app?


Instead of investing in app software that can go out of date quickly and isn’t suitable for everyone to use, we’re working hard to develop a better online repair reporting and tracking service linked to your existing Housing Online account.

It's not quite ready yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as you can start using it, and we’ll show you how it works. As well as being able to report repairs online more easily, you’ll also be able to check your appointments and progress in real time.

How can I report repairs in the meantime?

You can still report repairs over the phone on 01226 787878 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 24/7 for emergency repairs. 

From Friday 18 July we’ll publish a temporary eform that can be used to report non-urgent repairs.


Updated information on how to report repairs online will be available on the Contact Us page from Friday 18 July.
