Annual Report 'Tenants at the heart of everything' out now

We’re pleased to launch our Annual Report 'Tenants at the heart of everything' this week.

The report shows how we’ve delivered services for tenants including:   

• A review of key activity and performance over the 2023/24 financial year including the Tenant Satisfaction Measures
• A look ahead to the next twelve months and how we meet consumer standards
• Case studies featuring tenants we’ve helped and supported

It looks at how we’ve:

• Maintained building safety
• Kept properties in good repair
• Engaged with tenants and captured the tenant voice
• Carried out neighborhood management
• Handled complaints effectively

In the report we focus on the many ways we’ve: continued to support tenants with the cost of living; kept tenants safe; listened to and captured the tenant's voice; and invested in homes to make them warm, safe, comfortable, and fit for the future. We’ve included some inspiring stories from tenants who we’ve helped which we hope you enjoy reading.

We’re proud to work with eight involved tenants on the report and we’ve held a series of workshops to gather their views and feedback. A big thanks to them for their help, their valuable input has made sure that the report is truly co-designed and that the tenant's voice is heard.

• Winners will be chosen at random.
• The prizes are 4 x £50 shopping vouchers. There is no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to someone else.
