Reporting repairs

Please use My Repairs to report non-urgent repairs to us. It’s a quick and simple way to log repairs using your Housing Online account and allows you to track progress.

To report urgent repairs call the Repairs Hotline on 01226 787878, which is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
