Talk Is Change Customer Services Committee

Our Customer Services Committee is all about ensuring that we’re:

  • listening to tenants
  • delivering excellent services
  • making sure plans are in place to resolve any issues we know about

We’re recruiting four tenants or leaseholders to join the committee and help to improve our services. We have two paid roles available with a salary of £1,850pa (paid monthly) and two voluntary roles where we'll cover your expenses. 

You’ll get to share your lived experience as tenant or leaseholder with senior leaders to influence how we deliver services. The committee already has one tenant board member who gives their perspective on what's being discussed and has an equal say in the decisions being made. By joining the committee you'll help us to strengthen the tenant voice and you'll be able to have your say on what matters to you. 

Time commitment: Meeting every quarter (four per year) for two hours.
Meeting venue: In person at Gateway Plaza.
