During May and June, we’re inviting 1,900 tenants to take part in our tenant satisfaction survey. It’s important we get your views so we can understand how we’re performing and how we can improve our services.
This survey meets the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing and enables the regulator to actively consider tenant satisfaction across the country. By the end of June every year we, along with all other social housing landlords, will publish a range of standard tenant satisfaction information which will include some of the results from this survey. If you receive a survey either in the post, by email or text, we’d be grateful if you can take a few minutes to tell us what you think, your views really count!
We use a nationally recognised confidential survey that is carried out on our behalf by ARP Research, an independent research company.
