Our services during August Bank Holiday
August Bank Holiday is just around the corner, so we’re letting you know about our opening hours and how you can report emergency repairs.
We’re closed for general enquiries and non-emergency repairs from 5pm on Friday 28 August until 9am on Tuesday 1 September.
Lettings service
Our Lettings service will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 28 August to 8.45am on Tuesday 1 September.
The Choice Based Lettings advert will be published on Friday 28 August at 00:01am and stay open until 12pm on Monday 31 August. The advert will reopen again as normal on Tuesday 1 September at 00:01am.
Reporting repairs
Please use My Repairs to report non-emergency repairs, log requests online, and keep track of your appointments.
You can still report emergency repairs during August Bank Holiday by calling the Repairs Hotline on 01226 787878. It’s available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
