Free damp and mould training and resources for tenants

We’re pleased to launch our FREE damp, mould, and condensation awareness training video for tenants and leaseholders, updated for 2026 to include Awaab’s Law Phase 2.

Keeping tenants and homes safe is our main priority and you told us that our training video helped you with advice and actions. We’ve improved the training video so you can now watch wherever you are, then attend one of our community events to claim your free damp and mould kit! 

The 9 minute video contains helpful information and easy tips to try at home, as well as information on the support that’s available if you’re worried about a damp and mould problem, or about paying your bills with the rising energy costs. We’re here to listen and support you – so please get in touch if you need us.

Our Community Engagement team are coming to a location near you – click here to check out our events page and find your local drop-in event. The team will be on hand to share the video and hand out damp and mould kits to all tenants and residents who complete the training video.
