Belonging at Berneslai during National Inclusion Week
We’re proud to support National Inclusion Week by launching a new film that celebrates belonging and the part we can all play in helping others have a sense of belonging.
The Belonging at Berneslai short film brings together voices from across our communities and organisation. Tenants, colleagues, partners, and Board member Jo Sugden have shared what belonging means to them in the video.
Participants reflected on what gives them a sense of belonging, what inclusion means in practice, and how we can support each another to feel heard, valued, and respected.
We would like to thank everyone who took part and shared their experiences, making thoughtful contributions, so as many voices as possible could be included.
