Share your views in our tenant satisfaction survey
During July and August, we’re inviting a sample of tenants to take part in our tenant satisfaction survey. It’s important that we get your views so we can understand how we’re currently performing and how we can improve services.
This survey meets the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing by enabling them to measure tenant satisfaction across the country. By the end of June every year we, along with other social housing landlords, publish a range of standard tenant satisfaction measures which will include some of the results from this survey. View our results from the 2025 survey.
If you receive a survey, we’d be grateful if you can take a few minutes to tell us what you think, your views really count!
We use a nationally recognised confidential survey that’s carried out on our behalf by ARP Research and their partner Prevision Research.
The survey will be carried out by phone or post. Telephone surveys will come from 01908 047 948, which is the number for the Prevision Research Call Centre in Milton Keynes. Calls are made anytime between 10am and 9pm, Monday to Friday.
To make sure they’re speaking to the right person, they may ask for your name. However, they won't ask for bank details or any other sensitive personal information.
Read more information about the survey including answers to frequently asked questions.
